This project is one of the largest we've handled to date. The client was referred to us and we promptly arranged a meeting. They already had a logo and a phone app, but were seeking a new team to take over development.
The existing logo was quite complex and outdated; they desired a simpler design with more vibrant colors. They wanted to retain the baby and mother figures as the central elements within a heart-shaped background.
My Solution
I always present two logo concepts - one following the client’s vision and one unexpected. In every project, the alternative concept wins.
For this logo, the first design showed a mother and baby in a heart-shaped background, as requested.
The second used vibrant colors inspired by newborn blankets, with a shell-shaped emblem representing protection and care. We emphasized the emblem, making it perfect for app icons, websites, and branding materials - a meaningful design that exceeded expectations.
