Intro
Call
Once you've scheduled a Zoom call (typically 30 minutes to an hour), or if you're based in Europe, we may have the option to meet in person, we get to talking about your business. During our meeting, we’ll go over your goals, requirements, and needs in detail. I’ll ask plenty of questions to gain a deep understanding of your business, and based on that, I will create a tailored proposal for you.

Solution Proposal
Within 24 hours of our meeting or conversation, I will send you a detailed proposal for you to review. This proposal will include everything you need to determine if I’m the right fit for your project. It will outline the pricing and a clear breakdown of the services tailored to your request.
I provide one pricing option, as I’ve found that this approach allows you to focus entirely on your business without unnecessary distractions.

Proposal Approval
If you’re ready to move forward with the proposal, that’s when the fun begins! If needed, we can hop on a quick call to go over any final details or answer any remaining questions. I will also send you the invoice, and once it's covered, we’ll officially begin working on your website or any other material that comes with it.

Design Approval
After a set period, based on the timeline we agreed upon, we’ll schedule a call, or I’ll share a link where you can preview your website as it will appear live on Google. You’ll have 10 days to provide feedback and request any changes.
There are 2 rounds of revisions included. After that, any additional changes will incur an extra cost, as outlined in the proposal.
